Confirmed, not claimed
Honeybell says “booked,” “sent” or “done” only after the system of record confirms it: your calendar, your email provider, your CRM. If something fails, she says so and tells you what happens next.
Early access is open. Founding members keep launch pricing for their first 12 months.
Reserve your spotTrust and safety
You're putting Honeybell in front of your customers. Every part of her is designed so you can do that with confidence: she never claims what isn't confirmed, never guesses where it matters and never acts outside the lines you draw.
Principles
Honeybell says “booked,” “sent” or “done” only after the system of record confirms it: your calendar, your email provider, your CRM. If something fails, she says so and tells you what happens next.
What she may say about prices, guarantees, availability and policies is enforced by the platform, not left to the AI's judgment. A clever question can't talk her past your rules.
Her abilities unlock in levels (Ask, Context, Coordinate, Act), and you choose what she does alone. Anything you mark waits for your approval, with full context to decide quickly.
A conversation is not a lead. Details are kept only when a customer asks for follow-up, a booking or a brief, and are deleted on a schedule you control.
Honeybell introduces herself as an AI assistant on every channel and offers a handoff to a person whenever a customer asks.
Each business's information stays in its own space. Honeybell never uses one customer's data in another business's conversations.
Every action she takes is recorded: what, when, on whose behalf and why. You can review her work at any time.
Usage is measured on every conversation. Alerts and hard caps pause extra usage before a busy day becomes a surprise bill.

Earned autonomy
We expand what Honeybell can do one level at a time. Each level ships only after the permissions, data separation and security review it depends on are complete, and after it has run in our own business first.

Level 2

Level 3

Level 4
Completes multi-step work inside your rules.
Safeguard: approval rules and confirmations
Where we are today
Honeybell is in early access. She already runs in production at Social Link, and we're onboarding founding customers in small groups with hands-on setup.
We'll publish detailed security documentation and pursue independent security audits as we move toward general availability. If your business has specific security or compliance requirements, tell us when you request access and we'll answer them directly.
